Where are Yukonola products made?

All of our products are made in the USA from quality whole food ingredients.

Where can I find the nutritional facts for the product?

Each Yukonola product has a dedicated page on our website. This is where you will find product images, detailed ingredient lists, and nutritional information via the Nutrition Facts Panel.

Are Yukonola products nut-free?

Allergy alert! Yukonola products are not nut-free! Nuts are a complete source of plant-based protein and healthy fats. They are a highly nutritious component of a healthy, balanced diet – as long as they are safe for you to consume.

Is Yukonola organic?

All three Yukonola flavors are organic, but we are not USDA certified, so this is why you will not see the organic seal on our packaging. We use organic ingredients when possible, and all ingredients are ethically sourced. In many cases, this means that our suppliers grow their products with minimal sprays, and even though they are not certified organic, they hold themselves to a higher standard. Any ingredients that are certified organic are indicated as such on the label. We are working towards organic certification in the future, but for now, we want you to know that every decision we make is dedicated to your health.

Does Yukonola contain GMOs?

At Yukonola, our ultimate goal is to provide customers with clean products that are as good for you as they are delicious. To achieve that goal, we ensure that none of our ingredients or the stock they come from are genetically modified.

Ordering

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

To ensure your safety and confidence, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our food products, nor do we re-use or re-sell anything once purchased and shipped. If the packaging is damaged in any way or you are unhappy with the quality of your product, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Where is Yukonola available?

We ship Yukonola throughout the United States. We do not currently ship or distribute our products internationally.

I have not received my order. What now?

We do our best to provide full transparency in our shipping processes. When you placed your order, you will have received a tracking number through which you can monitor its progress. However, if the tracking information shows that it was delivered and you cannot locate it, we will help you track it down. Reach out to us directly at info@yukonola.com. In the email, include your order number, shipping address, and a screenshot of the shipper’s delivery status notification.
