Banana Granola Cookies

- 2-1/2 cups original crunch granola, crushed
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a large bowl, mash banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Add desired size spoonful to a lined baking pan and bake for 15-17 minutes. Cool on baking rack.
