Banana Bread Oatmeal Bars

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup oat milk (or sub any non-dairy milk)
  • 2/3 cup almond butter (or sub any nut butter) 
  • 1 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/3 cup original crunch
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper (can use 8×8 too but baking time may vary)
  2. Mix together banana, nut butter and milk in a large bowl until creamy
  3. Stir in flour, granola and baking powder until mixed well
  4. Fold in dark chocolate then add to baking dish
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until ready
  6. Slice into 6 bars and enjoy!
