Almond Butter Chocolate Bars

INGREDIENTS:
Granola Crust:
-3 tbsp melted coconut oil
-1/2 cup drippy almond butter
-2 1/4 cup original crunch granola
-4 dates (pits removed)
Chocolate layer:
-4oz dark chocolate bar (unsweetened)
-1/3 cup drippy almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Oil a 8x8 baking pan
2. Finely grind original crunch granola and dates in the food processor. Add coconut oil and almond butter till combined well.
3. Spread granola mix into the pan, and freeze for 30 minutes.
4. In the meantime, melt chocolate and almond butter.
5. Spread chocolate mix on top of granola crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
